If you are ordering from the UK: Products may be shipped from outside the UK. Import duties/taxes: paid by customer (DAP), and who is importer of record.

2) Main characteristics of the Products

The main characteristics of each Product (type, quantity, size, colour/variant, content, and key features) are shown:

  • on the relevant Product page; and
  • in your basket and checkout summary before you place your order.

3) Total price, taxes and additional charges

Before you place your order, we will show you a summary including:

  • the total price of the Products;
  • any VAT and applicable taxes;
  • any delivery costs (if applicable);
  • any discounts applied (promo codes / category discounts); and
  • any other charges payable.

Prices on the Website are the applicable selling prices at the time you place the order. If a price is shown for a limited time, it applies only during that period.

4) Payment method

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If you pay by card:

  • card payments are processed by third-party payment processors;
  • we do not store full card details.

For subscriptions, recurring payments will be charged automatically in accordance with your plan (see Section 8).

5) Delivery arrangements and timeframe

Delivery method

We deliver using our contracted carrier(s). The carrier and delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery address

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout (or a person you nominate).

Delivery deadline

Unless a specific delivery date is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of contract formation (CCR 2013).

Failed delivery / incorrect address

If you are a UK consumer If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or nobody being available to receive the parcel, you may be responsible for additional redelivery costs and/or delays.

6) Your right to cancel (Cooling-off period) – 14 days

If you are a UK consumer, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

When the cancellation period starts and ends

  • Goods (single delivery): 14 days from the day you (or your nominated person) receive the goods.
  • Multiple goods delivered separately: 14 days from the day you receive the last item.
  • Goods delivered in multiple parts: 14 days from the day you receive the last part.
  • Regular deliveries (e.g., subscription deliveries): 14 days from the day you receive the first delivery in the series.

You may also cancel before delivery once the contract is formed (we will confirm whether the order can still be stopped).

How to cancel

To cancel, you must inform us with a clear statement. Email is sufficient:

Returning goods after cancellation

If you cancel after receiving the goods, you must return them within 14 days after you notify us of cancellation.

Return costs: Return shipping costs for cancellations are the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Refund timing

We will refund you within 14 days of:

  • receiving the returned goods, or
  • receiving evidence that you have sent them back,

whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Deductions for handling

We may make a deduction for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7) Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Nothing in this notice limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund (including, in many cases, a right to reject within 30 days). Contact us at hersey@beije.co.

8) Subscription deliveries (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

  • deliveries are made according to your plan (e.g., every 2 months);
  • payment is taken automatically at each renewal unless you cancel; and
  • your subscription continues until you cancel.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order already processed for dispatch, unless we confirm cancellation in time.

We will notify you in advance of any subscription price change before it takes effect and you will have the option to cancel before the new price applies.

9) No-cancellation exceptions (hygiene-sealed products and other exceptions)

Your 14-day cancellation right may be lost or not apply in certain cases under CCR 2013, including:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain intimate / menstrual hygiene products where supplied sealed).

We will indicate on the Website and/or packaging where this exception applies.
